trouble with intelli's

Okay guys so here is my issue. I have been putting together a couple pumpmags and I can't get them to fire (with or without the wave spring in) with the intelli frames on. As soon as I put the stock classic frame on they work.

I am thinking the issue would either be in the length of the on/off pin or in the length of the sear pin.

Anybody have any ideas? I don't want to start messing with things until I get some help/clues.

hmm I was just thinking that there is no gap between the sear and the trigger when its aired up so may I just shorten it...?

Pull your barrel off and push the bolt back manually. Does it shoot?

That would be the first thing I would try. I have noticed that when changing frames I normally end up having to adjust the sear rod.

I shortened the sear rod and everything works now Definately had me confused for a bit. But now I have a leak down the barrel from the powertube :S
