    board and ace help

So I just purchased the karta Emag with an ACE but neither one of them work.

I tested the voltage on both batteries that I have and they are reads 18.5 volts.

The screen will not turn on.

could this be a HES problem? I even put in my old emag board that was in the ptp emag and it is not working either...

    Any help?

You try cleaning out the grounding point?

      yep.....and it worked.

This ace and board are fried. anyone know who fixes boards?

I found out that it was the ground because I used the old emag board that has been collecting dust from the ptp emag lowers.

You dont need the ace. I know of no one who uses it. Level 10 is all you need.

Both the ACE board and the EMag board are toast?

Exactly! It works faster mechanically anyway

But, I dont know of anyone who can easily repair them.

Usually your ace board fires not the main board. Take some close up pics of the main board out of the marker. See if there's any burnt areas on it and post them. Might be a easy fix. Soldering is easy breezy

If the trigger magnet is adjusted too far back towards the handle, the board will not turn on when power is supplied.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

Also, if you have an ace board that has a switch to power on and off, its probably that the 18v regulator died on the board.

So its very probably that the main board is fine and the ace board is just shot.
