AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Is anybody else wondering how easily the Ram could be moved to actuate a mag sear?
Take it to the next step.
For your Maggot Tinkerers who have been thinking about making a E-frame you can transfer the guts from a Trilly SF frame into your favorite Mag frame.
Voila! E-mag with ramping features and Eyes to boot.
I don't own a Mag but I'm pretty sure it can be done.
After looking at this again I especially like the way you used the stock trilly t barb, and then ran the air through the front block and back down to the MSV-2. That is very cool IMO. The video is great, were you shooting all-star in the video?
Thanks
I was thinking that having Barbs on the front block would make it easier for disassembly & servicing.
The paint I was shooting was Draxxus ... bronze I think but very good quality for rec.

Yes. I was thinking about this too. Gutting the electronics from an Uprising frame should work too but I didn't have any experience with this frame. If I come across a busted frame I'll give it a go.
I had a chance to tinker so I gutted the grip frame to illustrate how the trigger mechanism works.
You can see how sear and the 3-way plate is linked together with a horizontal spring.
So when the mini Ram strikes the bottom of the 3-way plate it lowers the sear and rotates the 3-way plate simultaneously.
I've also added a QEV to the RAM so that it would cycle more efficiently.
Is there any other gun that uses 3 QEVS ? :P
I tried a bunch of configurations but the space is pretty tight.
It would have been cleaner if I had mounted it directly to the Ram but this would have breeched a whole bunch of tiny air passages.
I might try it with my next version.
