    Is this the problem?

I've got a used mag and I brought it out to play once, it worked great. I then brought it out last weekend, it leaked down the barrel and barely cycled (It didn't more often than not.) I watched the video completely twice and read the instruction manual, I checked all the o-rings and they all look brand new, but it seems I'm missing the rail bushing. Is this missing piece allowing the valve to sit at a goofy enough angle to cause bolt stick and not seal on the power tube o-ring?

I would definitely start there, may not be your issue but it could cause very sporadic issues.

I forgot to install the rail bushing once and that's exactly what happened.

The thought I had was exactly it. I tried wrenching down on the field strip screw into the valve while in a position where it'd have no play(I figured it'd be hard to strip out, because it's all stainless steel)

Gassed it up, no leaks, dry fired a few times and it worked it's way loose, the valve was tilting up, it started leaking like crazy and the bolt stuck right up.
