Looks to me like a Benchmark, just without the name lasered on the side.

I was thinking the same thing, but I wasn't sure if they made them for mags.

benchies maybe 60- 70 but thats chrome so if u like the shiney they are comfy frames my i liked the benchies better

Looks like a Benchmark groovy... My KAPP groovy has different groovies and a slightly different safety.

Never owned a Benchmark groovy personally (lots of standard 45s obviously though), but I know that Benchys ship with those exact same cheap plastic grips if you don't pay the $5 extra for wraparounds.
