Hope someone can help as im totally stuck and am thinkin of gettin rid of the damn thing!
SPEC:
ULE Mag built by the Magsmith, owned for 4 years now and bought new.
X-Valve
ULT 2 shims
Level X Bolt 2 shims
850psi ari sys
PROBLEMS:
Worked perfect for 3 years with one day a month usage properly striped/oiled after and before every use.
Issues started about 6 months ago after not using the gun for about 3 months.
When i air up the marker the sear would click into place as normal i then press the trigger and it fires 2-3 shots, holding the trigger its fully auto.
When placing something infront of the bolt and fireing the bolt will come foward but will not reset and justs vents lots of air.
Can only reset by pushing the bolt all the way back.
All orings shims etc look perfect and have tried the bolt system on another mag and it works fine.
I was under the impression that when you press the trigger and hold the marker fires once and the bolt resets, engaging the on/off so no more air can pass through to the powertube!
Can anyone confirm this as the bolt is just staying foward and venting heavily.
The one thing i have noticed is that when you crack open the two halfs of the valve there is a piston in the middle with lots of orings round it, (sorry about the description but i can remember the name of the part) anyway between the two small white orings at the front there is a plastic ring which looks like its cracked but still solid.
Dont know if its the problem but could be??????

My 15 year old classic Has never had any problems and still rocks!!!!!!!
