    Help with Xprogramer

    Hey Everyone.. I just bought a Xprogramer and would love to get the Xmod software on my two emags.. but I followed the instructions on Lornes website but The Avr program is diffrent than the one shown and I cant seem to get things to work.. so if anyone has the stuff they can send me I would greatly appriciate it.. thanks..

      Bought it from Atac one... its the right programer.. as it is the same as the one pictured in the manual

        Did you download all the drivers as well the the AVR itself.

        Other than that make sure that your operating system is compatible.

        I suggest registering on his website. This is where a lot of information there along with AGD programs as well as his Xmod versions

          Yeah I believe I have everything downloaded and installed.. Im running Vista.. but it say it should be compatible.. I am just looking for the older version of the program as what I have is the updated one and I believe that is my problem

            Read the manual. It tells you how and where to install the drivers from.

              That I did what is listed in the manual is not on the website is sends you too.. they only have the updated one on there

                  Yeah I got that one Looper.. but all it does is crash as soon as you start it up..

                      Well I have Xp on my garage laptop.. I will have to see if I can get it to run on that then

                        The software runs fine on Windows 7. It should be fine on Vista. The 64bit versions sound like they have trouble. Did you check your COM assignment and programmer selection in avr studio? I have all the proper software files here. I'll PM a zip shortly.

                          Sorry didnt get the Pm.. and I cant check the com settings as soon as the program loads.. it says there is a problem running this and windows is shutting it down.. so it wont even load all the way up..
