Question about .685 bore size barrel

I read a thread on here about a person having problems with a .685 bore sized barrel, but it was in 2003. My question is will the X-Valve with a lvl 10 bolt on a Tac One have problems with a CP one piece barrel with a bore of .685? The thread from 2003 said the bolt was getting stuck in the barrel. I was thinking of getting one of those barrels, but I don't want to have to sand anything done to use it.

Thank you cockerpunk. By the way I saw some of your videos and they made me interested in a smaller bore barrels.

They don't recommend using the level 10 bolt in barrels smaller than 0.685". The front of the bolt is larger and any misalignment could be a problem. ULE bodies are usually ok due to the fact that the barrel doesn't move around or get off center, but you still have to be aware that there could be issues with really small bores. You could sand the front of the level 10 bolt if you wanted to use it with a smaller barrel.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
