You actually got a response? I emailed them after receiving an Ion (Angel 1) feedneck that didn't fit my ULE body and never got a response.Originally posted by PrimoRockerHey do Ion feednecks fit ULE bodies? because I e-mailed CP and they said their Ion theaded clamping neck will fit a ULE body...

I have a few SP threaded necks that were sold as ICD threaded in a box. None of them fit my ULE body well enough to make me want to leave it there. They wobbled in more than screwed in. I got the ULE specific feedneck from AKA. They are very particular about threading and they are $20 - http://www.akalmp.com/feedtubes.html

So Ion threads fit, but not well you say? Ohkay, I guess I'll go for a CCM or AKA thats threaded for an angel. Thw only reason I wanted CP is because I have a collection of barrels from them, and color options.
Thanks.

Just so you know, when I bought my first mag, I installed an aftermarket feed neck on mine with ion threads because the guy at my proshop said it would be fine. The gun wouldn't cycle, and I couldn't figure it out. I probably took my whole gun apart about 50 times or so over the course of a week before I figured out that the bottom of the feedneck was keeping the bolt from coming forward, making my gun not cycle. I even had AGD on the phone a few times and they were stumped. I almost gave up on mags... good thing I figured it out
