Yes. A few G-Force frame owners used these as well as a few other pneu/ep mags I've seen on here.

Apparently they work well but very heavy. (and no on/off)

Yep, I used to have one one my EgoMag (check the third picture down). It was nice that you didn't have an LPR hanging off the side, but like Twilight said, they are heavy (though probably about the same weight as an asa and standard LPR) and they don't have an on/off function.

I use one on my setup. It is a little large, but better for me than an external LPR. Good luck!
