    leak down barrel

my gun works just fine but when i pull the trigger a little it will leak down the barrel. it is a constant leak not a "lawn srinkler leak". also when i continue to pull it it leaks more but when it fires it stops. any suggestions?

    leak down barrel

you may need to clean your bolt and re-oil your on and off valve. do some massive clean like with an air hose or water then blow it out with an are hose and oil real good make sure all of the water is out

Do you have a spacer kit in your mag? Because it sounds to me like what my mag pulled when I put too big a spacer in.

Also, if you've been messing around with the sear, it might do this if you have it insanly short. A good way to gauge is this is to take apart the gun after you've degassed it. If you can't pull the mainbody out easily because the on/off is falling out, then the sear setting is WAYYYY to short.

Could be something with the trigger too. The trigger could always be putting pressure on the sear pin. Is it free? Is there a little room between the trigger and the pin?

It is probably your powertube that is causing it to leak.

To fix your problem, install a spacer one size shorter (.005") than the one you have in the valve right now. I'll bet you have a .230 or .225 in the valve right now. Try a .220 and it won't leak.

Depending how old the mag is. If it was a older mag that used to have the c-clip holding the power tube assembly on I think level 5???. That was upgraded buy sealing it (not sure if but probubly saudering) some times they got small hairline cracks and leak. If its a standard level 7 not a upgraded older mag it hase to be the powertube o-ring.

BlackVCG is right. Your gun came with a .225 spacer (it will say on it.) Since it is stock, you can probably gripe to agd about it and they will probably send you a .220, or even a spacer kit for free.
