Need help tunning a pneu mag please!

I've put together my first pneu mag and I need some help tunning it. how do I set and what do I set the LPR to in order to get the best performance?

Not really sure exactly how everything works on a pneu mag but definitely willing to learn so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Gun consists of:
    ReTro valve w/ Lvl 10
RT rail w/ tac one body
Intelli frame with pneumatics and LPR(WGP I think)

    Thanks,

    Jon

So, you have everything set up, you just want to know about setting the LPR? Is that correct?

If so, turn the LPR all the way down. Gas up the gun, hold the trigger down and slowly turn the LPR up until the piston trips the sear. Turn the LPR up another 1/4 turn or so and you should be good.

Tune your Lvl 10 bolt first. A solid LVL 10 and ULT tuning go a LONG way to making the frame function better. Depending on the frame setup (MSV2 with good leverage), the regular RT on/off is the way to go. It helps you avoid unecessary chuffing. Although the ULT can give the lightest trigger pull, it is not necessary for walking the trigger.

Like xero, set the LPR for the minimum activation pressure plus about 1/4 turn. A drop of loctite (blue 242) will keep the LPR from backing off. If your LPR pressure is high enough and you're still getting chuffing, the Lvl 10 or ULT would be the first thing to check. The other possibility is that your LPR cannot keep up with your ROF and requires more time to get the set pressure back up to par - QEVs in the system make bad regs especially prone to this. Palmers and the small WGP regs typically do not have a problem keeping up.

While it's on the back burner, it's not forgotten.
I have a couple of firearm optic mounts I'm going to have made.

When I get those optic mounts made I'll get a quote for the frame too. Depending on the quote I plan on having one made for testing and design revision. I'm broke as heck currently so I can front the cost of a small run of frames. I don't suspect it will be cheap as the frame will have to machined from billet and has a contoured top AND an ASA built in. Plus most of the lines, if I remember right, were splines.
