Need a little help on a project

O.K. so I'm building a mag and I've got a Phoenix body ordered and a V1 airwalk frame modded for pneu setup. I have an X-Valve W/ Lvl 10 I'm going to use but I know the Phoenix bodies are made for an E-mag type trigger/ sear, so my question is will my frame work with out modding it, i.e. can I put an E-mag trigger/sear in it? Also, the frame has a CP on/off ASA w/ the LPR mounted outside, can I put a micro Rock LPR inside the frame by just modding the frame or do I need a new on/off also. Thanks guys.

The Phoenix body/rail isn't specifically made for E-Mag lowers. You can put the body/rail on a single trigger CF frame if you like.

The Airwalk is a bolt on frame just like any other frame for a mag. No modding is necessary to install it on a Phoenix body/rail. The LPR can be installed in the grip and you'll need a bolt on ASA to make the sleeper setup work.

The LPR your wanting to use I think is too thick unless your using grip panels with pockets already milled to accommodate it.

The Phoenix rail with your setup will require a RT sear which the arm will have to be removed for the pneu Airwalk frame to function properly.

Besides that, it should be a simple install tweak and shoot process.

Already has a bolt on CP on/off and a WGP bullet LPR. The LPR is mounted to the side of the CP though and I know the grip frame will have to have a hole in the bottom but I didn't know if any on/off ASA's were already drilled and tapped for the LPR to screw into the top off it or if my only choice was taking my on/off ASA to the machine shop.

there are not any already drilled and tapped. Loguzzzzzzzzz(how many z's is it anyways?) can help you out with getting yours tapped for a sleeper setup. As for milling the frame to take a sleeper LPR there are several folks around who will do that.

Thanks. I am a machinist so I'll probably do it myself, I just wanted to know what to expect when all my packages arrive. Might shoot Loguzzzzzzzzzzz a PM and see if he's got any tips before I start though. I am sooooo ready to get started on putting all of this together.
