    Need help finding air fittings

Seeing as this is technically a technical problem that i need the fittings for i figured it belonged here. I basically need air fittings, one male to male and one female to female. I found a male to male that i think should work here: http://www.tractorsupply.com/air-com...terial-3314246

However the price is pretty outrageous for what you get and i could easily just use a piece of short hose rather than that for 5 bucks, wouldn't be ideal but it's better than that price. If anyone can find a cheaper one i would greatly appreciate it. If you're wondering what the heck i'm doing, i'm trying to put a slide check on the remote line asa so i can still have one while still being able to attach to my tommy mag with no problem.

    1/4" pipe?

Why not just try the auto parts store?

I mean a real one, not Autozone or Pep Boys.

Normally they have a big cabinet full of fittings that have always worked well for me.

Did you check Palmer's? They probably have what you're looking for.

Are you sure you're not looking for 1/8" pipe thread, the normal size used on most paintball fittings?

Any ACE hardware store will have what you need for pennies on the dollar.

Yeah that's what i'm looking for, whoops. Don't know why i thought it was 1/4. Palmers has what i need, thanks, but it's a bit pricier than i was hoping for, 7 bucks plus shipping just to remedy this problem doesn't seem worth it right now. I'll have to check ACE tomorrow.

Yeah, that's what 98punk said, so i'll have to check both ACE hardware stores near me to see if they have them. Thanks again everyone for the help, really appreciate it, i really had no clue where to look for this stuff.
