    slight pump mag leak

Hey just build a pump mag and i have a slight leak from the power tube when not cocked. I tried longer and shorter power tube spacers but I always have a slight leack. It seems to leak the least with the shortest power tube spacer. I even tried a power tube spring still leak. It is very very small, but it bugs me. any help would be great

    thx

I have the same problem in my pumpmag and I try to fix it same way as you. (of course I have the same result as you!) If it not cocked and has slight leak. The problem is from the onoff valve. Try oil and replace o-ring from the onoff valve.

Your sear is probably half way catching and allowing your on/off to open so slightly and charge the PT chamber giving you the leak.

You do have the bumper inside the wave spring right?

You might just have to find a worn out spring or cut a coil or 2 off of your current one. Enough to where the spring is almost flushed with the face.

Before you go cutting. Make sure everything is installed properly.
