Get this color scheme?

So I have this buck knife and I really like the color. I want to make my Tac-One look like this. Is this anno, acid wash, laser, powder coat?

How would this be done and who might do it?

The blade would have to be some kind of steel, so I doubt it is anno. Probably some kind of coating. Try Voodoo coatings if they are still in the dealers' section...

it looks like a powder coating and best thing to do is look around local gun shops as many have powder coating systems or people they use for custom gun work . they would work just as good on steel or aluminum and can usualy get fair priceing out of a gun shop or atleast in my run ins with them you can .

I believe that knife is titanium nitride coated. I have several similar. I dont know how the process is done though
