Classic Valves and X-Valves can accept the ULT without modification, though it was really designed with the x-valve in mind. I don't know for sure if all RetroValves had the step in the on/off or if some came flat.Originally posted by djinvader19do they charge alot for repairs? whats the easiest valve to put the ultra light trigger kit on? without having to mill stuff? i got my rt pro for about 150....i dont wanna spend double that fixing and upgrading a valve that was supposed to be working when i got it
Give their tech line a call. (847) 520-7225
Does the marker cycle when you use the old bolt? If it does then you don't really need to worry about your on/off, you just need to get your Level 10 tuned properly.
When my marker would not cycle while pulling the trigger I put on a shorter spring and it started working. The level 10 works by just barely providing enough force to move the bolt forward. Longer springs push back with more force so you need to crank your velocity up to increase the pressure or use a shorter spring that doesn't push as hard.
You should also check the output pressure of your air tank. You want it to be 850PSI or higher.

$45 rebuild fee. Extra $$$ if major parts need to be replaced. As far as I know the only valve designed to take the ULT as a drop in is the Xvalves. AGD is closed on Fridays.

The Retro Pro should take the ULT. Iirc, besides the RT, it was some of the emag and Retro (plain) valves that may or may not have been ULT ready (probably in the FAQ
).
The only question about using the ULT in any reactive valve is whether or not the stock on/off used one small top o-ring or the small one with the larger o-ring around it. In order to use the one o-ring, a shoulder was left in the on/off cavity in place of the second o-ring. That shoulder keeps the ULT from fitting inside. That shoulder is what gets removed if you send such a valve to Tunaman to have it altered to accept a ULT.
