    Leaking Emag valve.

Seems like I have had this problem before with another valve, but don't remember the fix. Emag valve is leaking from the hole in the front section. Wasnt doing this upon initial air up, but started after I pulled it in/out a couple of times. Would this be a dirt issue with the o-rings/pin that are in the valve? Running off of a hyperflow reg set at around 900psi or so output.

That small hole releases air trapped between the two front orings on the regulator pin. They are the ones separated by the plastic split ring. If air is leaking out that hole, then one of the front two orings is bad or has a piece of dirt stuck in it.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

As always, a tip of the hat to you! I had taken the valve apart and thought I got everything, but sure enough a little bit of schmutz was sitting there. Looked almost like a sliver of o-0ring, but nothing leaks when I gas it up now.

Now if I could just get it to RT...

Shave the pin or crank in the air

It is an Emag length pin. Will try upping the pressure, wanted to get the leak first. It is a single style trigger, should this have any effect on RT capability? I had a Benchmark that worked pretty well in the past, but never used a stock style frame.

Usually, the short emag pin gives plenty of reactivity. Sometimes the combination of parts used in the mag cause the tolerances and distances to be off a bit, though. Drop a level 10 shim in between the two halves of the on-off. It will simulate a shorter pin without having to shave it down.

The single trigger works just fine for reactivity. It gives the on-off pin lots of leverage on your finger, which is ideal.

I have to run out and get air today. Will try increasing the pressure, and if it doesn't work, will try the shim in the on/off. not sure if I have any ULT shims around, but I do have a LvlX shim or two.

I will have to admit that the trigger pull seems unusually hard. Not sure if I am just used to the ULT or what.
