    E-Mag battery charging question

When I plug my charger in using a Radio Shack 12V 1.5A adapter, the LED flashes green/red/green/red over and over...What does that mean? I can't find any reference to it in the E/X-mag manuals in the AGD website...

It isn't supposed to flash like that. It almost sounds like it is connecting, disconnecting, connecting, etc. Make sure the Radio Shack adapter is actually putting out 12v dc and not an unrectified ac signal.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

I'll get that some times on bad batteries with my AA recharger.

Try a different plug (your car charger) and see if it's still happening. Might be a bad plug. I had a external charger for a battery laptop that went green/red over and over. Come to find out, my cable went bad on me.

I know on some of those universal charger, you can change the +/- polarity to the plug. See if yours has that option and swap it. I think the inner circle should be + the outer should be -

Well, now the LED doesn't light up with ANY of my adapters (car or wall)...

I am pretty sure the charger is dead, which makes the second charger I have killed in the last 2 months...WTF?!
