    Increase Warp Sensitivity

I have a warp feed that I've been rehabilitating. I've got it working and it feeds balls great as long as I'm holding the button down. The vibration sensor isn't nearly sensitive enough. A trigger pull only sets it off about 1/2 to 1/3 of the time, so after a couple of balls I'm shooting dry.

I've tried adjusting the potentiometer to increase the sensitivity per AGD's instructions but it hasn't worked. I'm adjusting it clockwise until it starts running constantly and then I back it off until it stops, making very small and precise adjustments.

    Anything else I can try?

I would like to just hook it up to my intelliframe, but the problem there is I already have that hooked up to my Revy C.A.T. Is there a method for hooking an intelli up to both a revy and a warp at the same time?

Just splice the wires and piggy back the two.

I'm not sure if it will be that easy with my setup. What I've got isn't a standard 12V Revy with a board and an eye in the feedneck. It's a Revolution C.A.T. which is a 9V motor with no eyes or electronics. Basically you hit the switch and it runs non-stop.

I rigged mine up so that microswitch in the intelli opens and closes the battery circuit, so it just intercepts the red wire and when it closes power can flow.

I'm worried that if I splice the two wires directly I'm going to end up sending 9 volts straight into the minijack on the warp board and fry the sucker.

Don't know what to tell you then. Get a normal revy.

I came up with a crazy idea that might actually work, I'm just not sure if there's enough clearance in the grip frame.

I'm thinking I could probably bolt two lever switches side by side. If I can manage to disasemble the roller wheel on the lever I could put a longer pin between them so that the sear pushes both switches down simultaneously.

This would let me have two completely independent switches activated at the same time.

It's messy, but it's all temporary until I replace this stupid cheap-o loader.
