bent ULT pin

So my mag was having some on/off leak issues and not firing at times. So I took out the valve and the ULT and noticed that the pin was bent. This marker was bought brand new and only used twice so far, I've always pulled the trigger before loosening the thumb screw and removing the valve so I'm not sure how this could have happened.

So my question is am I covered under warranty?

Do you know how to replace that pin? Do you have loctite and a way to heat it up?
