    Instruction video for RT valve?

I've been doing some searching on the forums and it seems at one time there was an instruction/disassembly video for an RT valved automag. I know the 68 Classic videos are stickied, as well as the Emag videos. I just picked up a Tac One and if the RT videos are out there somewhere, I'd like to take a look at them. I just can't find them now (all the links to where they were uploaded are now dead).

Also, the audio/video sync is off in the 68 Classic videos, and it's driving me crazy.

    Help?

This is the forum for trouble shooting your Airgun Designs products, including the Automag, RT, E-Mag, and WarpFeed. Also a great place to ask technical questions about non AGD products. An Airsmith's homeroom!

    Good luck.

I appreciate the attempt. That thread (and the subparts thereof) does not contain the video(s) I am looking for. (Trust me, I've used the search button.)

I have seen where it was digitized and uploaded to some other site, but the link is now dead. I'm wondering if anyone still has a digital copy or knows of a link to where it can be found.

Sorry about that. I had just finished using that post to rebuild my RT valve. If you do have any luck finding the video, please PM me with the link. I'm new to mags and would like to see it.

        Thanks,
        Brad

Because I couldn't get this thing to RT, I'm wanting to break it all down and check all the o-rings. I just don't want to screw it up in the process. I'm also a visual learner.

Ochsy, you don't happen to have a copy of the .68 Classic video I could borrow, do you? The out-of-sync audio on the YouTube version is killing me, lol!

No I dont. just go by this.

it is the same thing except for your level x. not to much to mess up, just make sure it all goes back together right.

What input pressure are you using? It needs to be around 900 or more PSI...1100-1200 works great for the RT effect.

I've got a Nitroduck iReg set at 1000 psi. It didn't really RT much even with Ochsy's 1200 psi Ninja reg. I purchased it used, so I'm attempting to do a complete check over everything. The only thing I've noticed so far is that the Level X bumper ring is cracked all the way around, pretty much in the dead center of the ring. It all fits together, though, and since its only purpose is to cushion the Level X bolt on its return, it seems to still be functioning even with the crack. I do plan to snag a new one from the AGD store, though.

Put a couple of level 10 shims between the top and bottom sections of your on-off assembly. This will simulate a shorter pin and help with the reactivity of the valve.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
