Does anyone have a pic of the reactor on/off assy. or know the correct method of parts placement. Any help is appreciated.

Should be the typical set of orings (2) that go in first (top on/off orings). Then the on/off top itself (the big piece) with the large holes sitting on top those on/off orings. Next, two more of the same top on/off orings go in, followed by the bottom of the on/off (the small plate) and finally the on/off pin which is pushed through the center of everything.
