I have an emag and for about a year now it has been givving me some trouble, I think I get it fixed then it goes right back to doing it, this time I can't get it working again. It wont work in e mode. I can feel the plunger clicking when I pull the trigger but it doesn't shoot. I have tried adjusting the magnent and that doesn't seem to help, I have tired different ways to get the wire for the trigger to sit differently(which usually fixed the problem before). I am wondering if my wires for the trigger need to be replaced as that seems to be where the problem started after a game last year when I had to clean there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If the plunger is clicking though, it seems like it's working, just not getting enough power to trip the sear. How old is the battery?Comment

Sounds like the battery or the space of the plunger to the sear clevis._______________________

My old battery would only click the plunger like yours. The voltage looked correct but there wasnt really a way to check the actually current being supplied. I went with a new pack and problem solved. I contacted cheapbatterypacks.com and $38 dollars later I had a 750mah pack. All I had to do was solder on the connector. Thanks,

I had the battery tested last year at Batteries plus and they said it was still in great shape, with lots of life left. But that is a possibility because like I said it is slighlty clicking but not firing, I am going to recharge the battery again and see if that help, maybe I will just replace it to be on the safe side. That is probably the cheapest thing to try first.Comment

If your experiencing a short in your hall sensor. You might as well get one as well. Those sensors are $15 compared to a $50+ battery.

I recharged the battery and it is now working, not sure for how long, might just replace the battery to be on the safe side.Comment

See how long it lasts. Last battery pack that I had to replace would sometimes hold a charge and sometimes not. When it did accept a "full" charge, it would only last for a few hundred shots maybe or die overnight if it wasnt left on a charger. When the battery place checke it before, did they keep it overnight or just put clips on it, test the voltage and say its ok?Originally posted by Sniper SteveI recharged the battery and it is now working, not sure for how long, might just replace the battery to be on the safe side.Comment
