Minimag with serial number MM20484... how old is this?

I just picked up a minimag (first paintball gun I've bought in years) and I'm wondering how old this minimag might be?

    Serial number: MM20484
    Level 7 Foamiless bolt
    Parabolic Feed Plug
MM body is factory pump milled
on/off asembly is odd (seems to be one piece stainless).

I think a 20k serial number would put it arounds late 90's... no?

Well, If your 18k S/N shipped in 1995, and the Minimag was introduced in 1991... then I can't imagine it took much longer for the serial numbers to hit the 20k range. Especially since the Automag R/T wasn't introduced until two years later making the Minimag AGD's flagship marker. I'm guessing it was probably manufactured in 1996-1997.

I shortened the feedtube and semi-polished the body yesterday.
I don't like "mirror" polished finishes... just shiny stainless (like the valves).
I'm waiting on an old school ACI expansion chamber to finish the marker.

This thing makes we want to put on camo to play some outlaw ball and then come back home and play nintendo, watch MTV, and eat pizza.
