    HyperFrame chopping up bolt?

I just picked up a mag of CL with a hyper frame on it, and it seems the bolt is pretty beat up. It's functioning perfectly, but I read some older posts about having to change the on-off length?

It's setup with the Centerflag ON/off in a classic valve and level 7 bolt... I'm probably going to buy a level x for it, but don't really want to chew up a new bolt if possible.

Is someone making a longer pin or have some other 'hack' to help keep this from happening?

use a longer on/off pin so that the sear more fully engages the bolt before air fills the dump chamber. If there's a solenoid stop set screw, make sure there's a little positive clearance AFTER the sear releases the bolt. ALternatively, the solenoid may need positioned further back.
