Hammerhead barrel and a tac one body

I'm guessing this question's been dealt with before, but how do I avoid getting the sizing fin from a hammerhead barrel stuck inside of a tac one body? I've looked into a a Python removal tool http://www.pythonpaintball.com/index...products_id=30

I find making sure that you lube the threads with lithium grease helps. Lube them and do not lube the front between fin and barrel and i have had success with that.
