Emag battery not charging.

I tried charging my Emag battery today, had it on charge for 8 hours, and the red light would not change. How long does it normally take to charge the battery? I don't ever remember it taking this long. Any help would be appreciated.

It should only take about 2hrs. Make sure you're looking at the light on the charger. There's one on the plug-in and the charger. The one on the plug-in is always red. Also, make sure you're holding the battery pack onto the charger by putting the field strip screw through the hole in the charger.
