    Difference Between Mag Bolts

i have three different AutoMag bolts here, as seen in the pic.

However two are longer, the middle and the one on the right.

Is there a difference between short nose and long nose bolts ?

Also there is a hole machined into the stem of one of the long nose bolts as seen here:

So the Left Short nose bolt and the Middle Long nose bolt have no hole in the stem ?

not sure about the length, but the one on the left looks like a level seven bolt. none have the foam tips so i would have to guess the longer two are erlier than than the level 7 one. the hole wouldve been machined to work with the level 10 superbolt kit i believe. someone else probably knows a fair bit more than I though.

Nice venom bolt I love mine

As for the different sizes and the way the tips are set. I couldn't tell ya. Actually, I've never seen one like you have on the right with the hole in the stem. It's def not a lvl 10. It doesn't look like the stem comes out the bottom from the angle of the picture.

        Thanks for the help guys.

Yeah that Toxic Venom Bolt was a lot of fun to shoot, a titanium sheath over a polymer venturi bolt. Unfortunately the lip of the bolt got really chewed up and i'm afraid to keep using it.

All three look like foamyless level 7 bolts. The one on the left is a longnose. The actual length to the tip of the bolt should be the same on all three. Someone must have drilled the stem on the one on the right to lighten it up, or perhaps there were a few that came from the factory that way.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
