    X Valve help

So I just went through the tech section and google doesn't seem to be helping.

I have a friends X Valve and the issue is the lines don't line up or come close to it and he is not able to get the valve to set in place.

What am I missing I have taken the valve apart and looked at everything and even pulled the diagram up to make sure everything is in it's proper place.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Pull the guts out and see if it screws together. If it does, then put the parts back in and try it again. Make sure you turn the velocity adjuster out in case it is forcing the piston in too far.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

I'm in the process of cleaning my markers after TB5 and ran into a problem that reminded me about this thread. I accidentally put another oring on the bottom of my Reg seat and was experiencing the same thing you were. You might have one too many orings in there
