Hyperframe and Mini-mag problem

I've had a minmag for years and I put a Centerflag Hyperframe on it. The hyperframe works fine, but the sear seems to stick every now and then. If I depressure the gun it seems to reset and work for a few more shots before it sticks again.
I'm sure the problem is with the stock floating sear used in automags. They tend to wiggle and slip off the on/off pin.

I had an R/T with a hyperframe and never had an issue. It has a fixed sear though.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

what kind of on/off are you using?

you might need a ult with the hyperframe mine was always inconsistent until i put the ult in.

The hyperframes dont work well unless you have the on\off that centerflag made for them. An RT on\off or an ULT can sub for it.

The AM/MM type sear shouldnt have that much slop in it. If yours is getting stuck, then the sear, sear pin, or the slots in the rail may be worn.
