    Hyperframe/ReTro Valve

ive been searching but haven't found a definite answer, will a Hyperframe work with a Retro Valve without ULT, or do you need to run a ULT with it?

all the Hyper's i've used have either the centerflag on/off or a ULT , I don't think the solenoid has enough force to overcome the RT on/off

i have read an article that recommends a valve with ULT for the best performance because the solenoid in the Hyperframe does not produce enough force.

From Pneumagger in a diffrent thread- guess ill find out when i get home

"An RT on/off or ULT should work fine if you can't find a centerflag on/off.
They have a reduced pin diameter that the noid should be able to pull."

True, it works but they recommend the original Hyperframe on/off assembly or ULT assembly in order to prevent damage to the bolt, there is a tendency for the noid to not be able to push hard enough therefore short-stroking the sear resulting in more wear on the bolt, but then again bolts are cheaper and easy to replace

My Hyperframe setup with Classic valve (has Diamond Labs Hurricane aluminum back) and CenterFlag HyperFrame on/off assembly

My poor man's E-Mag using a Boo-Yaah ELCD Frame and E-mag Valve with ULT

thanks for the info and help, i may just have luke mill my valve, or trade it for one that accepts ULT, just to be on the safe side.
