Not only ck for tightness but ck for corrosion down the hole. That screw area usually needs a good cleaning every once in a while. Get a 4-40 tap and run it down the hole. A scribe or anything metal will work too. Just expose a little raw metal inside the hole. Once you reinstall the board screw it should make good contact.
If that doesn't work out for ya. Try moving your trigger magnet away from your hall senser. If too close, it will also shut the board down.Last edited by Ando; 09-21-2011, 10:35 PM.Comment

Any charring or bubbling on any of the components? Most common are the mosfet (3 pin transistor at the top), voltage regulator (looks like the mosfet, but below it), and the diode next to the 'noid plug.
If it smells a little funky, it might be a blown component. If it is, or if Ando's suggestion doesn't do it (start there), PM me.Comment

got it working, I know better, it was the magnet in the trigger. Next question, I need a part for it, the plastic lever that switches is back and forth from e setting to mech setting. Anyone know where I can find one of those?Comment
