    Mag double shooting

ok my mag just recently started double shooting, ie one shot when the trigger is pulled back, and one shot when the trigger is released
after a few shots it just leaks down the barrel
replaced the black on off oring and messed about with the level 10 with no luck...
its got an xvalve on a classic rail, spring had all of 1000 shots and tested it with a new one
    heres a video

    (reg is not attached)

    any help appreciated

Could be a worn sear, sounds leke when you release the trigger the/on off is opening to allow air in to the bolt chamber, but the sear isnt catching well enough to hold the bolt back.

Check the sear and bolt for unusual wear or chipping.

the sear works fine on my classic valve... but ill try a new one just in case
also im making an electro mag project, what are the advantages of using an EP set up compared with a spyder/clicker solenoid?
      cheers

The spyder noids sometimes work, sometimes dont. Depends on the board you plan on using. If you use a standard spyder board the time the solenoid is ON may not be enough to actuate an automag properly. If you have a board that has adjustable dwell then its easier to work around.

The EP has the advantage of being able to start as a mech pneumag and later just change the msv valve for a soleniod and board.

Standard RT on/off should work fine for EP, if using a clapper then I would go with the ULT on/off
