    classic valve leaking

so i pulled out the classic mag and aired it up and it leaks where the two halves meet, i pulled the valve completely apart, lubed it up and every oring seems like its in good shape, any suggestions? im currently using a 1100 output tank...too much pressure maybe? thanks all

If it leaks where the two halves meet, then change the large oring that seals the two halves. It rarely leaks. It must have a piece of dirt in it or it has gotten harder than it should be.

If it actually leaks down in the rail and not around the valve, then the leak is most likely one of the two lower on-off orings. If the leak is out the hole in the side of the valve, then the oring on the regulator piston assembly is the culprit.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

      I had this happen.
Upon close examination, it turned out the large o-ring had cracked.
I didn't notice, until I tried to remove the O-ring.
