Rainman Pump Kit Binding

Hello, I puchased a Rainman pump kit with hitman mod to complete my pumpmag. I'm having an issue with the hitman mod causing the handle to bind on the guide rod. It wont slide at all. It pumps fine when using just the handle.

Any thoughts on how to fix it other than removing the hitman mod?
