EP sleeper mag

So I was thinking of making one over the winter ( so lots of time). I have a running classic with Cf frame, is it possible to convert this frame? Thinking not.

Have a dye double trigger frame. Would that work?

Read the walkthrough on PB by Hill. Guessing there is also some milling for the air line through the grip?

Do not have experience with boards. Can solder. Wondering if this is something someone might be able to do for me Wire the board and label what goes to what and I think I could go from there.

Also wondering how the board is monted in the frame.

Anyone know the going prices for these parts?

I have not tried to convert a CF frame yet but it should work. May not be very strong though.

The board is prewired with a simple diagram online showing what each color wire is. The boards cost around $50. It is not mounted in the frame and just kinda sits there. Also a double frame will work fine.

Depending on how the LPR line is run you will need to mill a slot for it in the trigger frame.

The ram can be had for around 20 already modified. And remote line adapters are cheap.

The cost is the reason no one wants to do this. It cost nearly 200 in parts then the time to put it together and these take a bit of time to get finished.

I think trying a sleeper EP with a CF frame would be nearly impossible if you are trying to put everything into the frame as there just isnt the room for it.

Actually the AGD aluminum single trigger frames were the same as the CF frames. I just don't know how strong it would be milled out for the internals. The aluminum one was plenty strong though and everything fit really nicely.

I didnt think the LPR was in the frame was it? The title says he is wanting a sleeper EP mag, I assumed he wanted the LPR in the frame. There is no possible way to fit an LPR, board, battery, noid, wiring etc inside a stock style frame.

But the bike for grip provides a way to keep it looking factory,,,,,, from one side at least.

Another thing to conider, I believe the UTB's are no longer being made by Scenario Dreams. I know P8nt is planning on making something simliar, but I think it is a ways off. You can still find them used.

Well thanks for the input, Going with Hills design with the lpr as a bike grip.

Might try the CF grip. If not the double trigger.

Is there any other option on boards? Got a used one?

At this point I have set my mind to it!

I bought a UTB from Scenario Dreams less than six months ago. The deal was super smooth all along. I had several questions, and they were all answered lightning fast and to the point. Shipping was fast, and the envelope nicely insulated.

I haven't had time to tinker with it yet, but have a few weeks off in the next month, so hopefully I'll finally get to dabble with an EP_Mag of my own. Anyways, send them an email and ask - I highly recommend their customer service.

it works just gota leave some small thin cross members in the frame when you start carving and guting it for the internals.

Wondering if any LPR would work for this build?

Hill, any specific reason you went with the micro rock?

Good place to pick up a micro switch? Suggestions on specific switch?

Any part numbers would also help.

The micro switch is included with a UT board. The micro rock and other PPS LPRs are the only reg that is rated to handle the input pressure from the tank reg and have a bike grip fit nicley over it.

I was also thinking of going with the SS lines, to really go for the old skool look.

Anyone know if they make a 3 way fitting for SS lines? Or do I have to go with macro?
