    Help with ULE/Xvalve and ULT

    Hey guys,

I recently finished a build of my sons first mag. Powerfeed with Xvalve and ULT and benchmark frame. Everything works great. But I just got a new ULE body for it and a black AGD frame to match the colors.

Now my problem is the gun airs up but does not fire with the new frame and ULE body.

    Any ideas are very welcome.

    Thanks

What spring are you using and what type of frame?

If you are switching frames, you may need to adjust the sear rod length as well. When aired up the sear rod should sit about a business cards distance from the back of the trigger. It should not rest directly on it.

Also, what rail are you using? Check that the ULE body pim (threaded knob on the bottom of the body) isn't bottoming out in the slot in the rail that it sits in.

The benchmark frame may need to be adjusted as mentioned. You do that by first checking the placement of the trigger rod with respect to the trigger. Air the gun up with the safety on and hold the trigger against it. There should be a tiny gap (credit card thickness) between the front of the trigger rod and the back of the trigger.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

Sorry about the thread jack but my Xvalve won't even air up. When I attatch my full tank nothing happens, the guy I bought if from says I just need to jam my squeegee down the barrel whenever this happens. Is that right? Seems like it must need some better tuning. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start fixing this issue? Thanks for your help

Check the level 10 trouble shooting sticky. Smells like "bolt-stick".

The rail looks like an AGD that has been anode splash green. Could that be a factor?

                    Thanks for the info.

It sounds like one of the older AM/MM rails. They could have shallow pim slots. I would check it out just to make sure.
