Easiest way to remove level x carriers?

When tuning my mags, removing the carriers is a major pita.
Is there any kind of special tool anyone can recommend?

The dental pick works, but you need to be careful not to puncture the oring with the end of the pick.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

The carriers all have small holes in them that seems ideal for using a pick. For getting the orings out, I usually use a blunt tootpick to push them out from the back. Never thought to try using the fs screw.
