Removing tip from RT Barrel for Anodizing

How hard is it to remove the front tip of a RT barrel. I would like to anodize the stock barrel to match a new project of mine

Not hard at all. It's threaded on so if you can't twist it off by hand use a little heat to loosen up the glue and try again.
