Delrin Super Bolt?

So, I just stumbled onto a mag with a funny looking composite bolt and with some quick research I have determined that it is a Delrin Super Bolt. With a little more research I found that there were many problems with these and at one point AGD was allowing owners to exchange them for level 10 kits.

Anybody know if this offer is still on the table? If not, is there any use for this thing?

they were recalled. huge deal about them comming apart and people accually shooting the bolt out of the barrel. DO NOT USE IT!
