Minimag,x valve,ult

Hi I live in NZ and there is not much in the way of AGD products around over here,I was wondering before i ordered from the USA,Will an x-valve and the ult upgrade fit straight into a minimag or do i have to have some other work doe ( milling etc )

X valve with a ULT is s drop in upgrade. No milling necessary.
