thumb screw/ frame screw?

so i had a question,

what is the difference in using a grip frame screw to secure the valve compared to using the thumb screw?

if i use the Rail bushing is there any issue?

anyone who know for sure please hit this thread up with some info.

No difference. It's a field strip screw, supose to be toolless but you can put anything in it's place.

a regular screw is used for most EgoMags...just make sure the rail bushing is installed!

I've frame screws on 2 of my mags (the 2 with logic umf frame) with rail bushings, and had absolutely no issues with that.
