Classic AM Rail Sear Pin help... quick ?...

Alright, can anyone help me figure this out.

I have a stock AM Rail, and two stock AM Sear Pins. Ones shorter than the other, the others longer. They BOTH free float in the pin groove and rattle. Are there different pin sizes? I really dislike the clicking noise. Thanks.

Ok. If I buy an older version from Bacci, without the rounded edges, will it fit without rattling? Thanks.
