Rainman pump kit

So I'm installing a rainman pump kit on my newly milled rail and body, and I'm looking at a small ball bearing which I'm not sure was already on my workdesk or came in the pump kit (i kind of just dumped the parts out of the bags). If it did come with the pump kit where does it go?

Ok good. It may have been something my roommate was working on - i have no idea. It was just sitting there staring at me, and i had no idea where it came from.
