The tank in your picture is missing a section of the reg! The piece that has the correct threads and o-ring position is not there! That is why it looks like a preset tank, but you'll notice that the o-ring is in the wrong location and it cannot be put in the correct position! I don't have a pic of a tank reg handy, but if you'll notice in the pic I have of an expansion chamber you can clearly see what the proper thread/o-ring set up looks like!
