    recharge rate for a classic

I have a question regarding the recharge rate for the classic. How quickly does the valve on the classic recharge (eg. between shots) and how does this translate into balls per second (bps)? I'm contemplating on getting a electronic frame, like the hyperframe, but I'm wondering will the valve on the classic be able to recharge fast enough to keep up with an electronic frame at it's max ROF (eg. 15 bps) or will the valve become "starved for HPA" and no longer function properly.

Odyssey Paintball tested their HALO on a Mag with the stock valve at 16bps FA. You can watch the video and see it has no problem keeping up. www.odysseypaintball.com

      classic valve hyperframe

I have a hyperframe with a classic valve, it has no problem keeping up with the frame, the bps is 13 on semi, and only 10 on hyper.

I believe shootdown atually starts at 7-8 bps but its not noticable until 10-12. I not positive though.

          shoot down

your wrong, a spyder can shoot more then that without shoot down on hpa, a mag can shoot way faster then that , I shoot I hyperframe at 10 bps, with no problem.
