    EMAG 3 & 6 burst????

I have the instruction manual but I still cant figure out how to get the burst modes to work, I just got the gun the other day and haven't figured it out yet. I can put a picture of the inside of the handle up tomorrow. So that you guys can see if I am missing anything or what ever.
    Thanks
    Johnny

    Grip buttons

Push the top grip button until you see 1-shot. Then press the bottom button to switch to 3 or 6 shot. Pretty sure this is in the manual.

If you take off the grip panel you should see three white plug connections on the board. If there isnt' a plug with a looped brown wire in the bottom plug in, you can't access burst modes. You can get that plug from AGD.

          look at this...

This is the forum for trouble shooting your Airgun Designs products, including the Automag, RT, E-Mag, and WarpFeed. Also a great place to ask technical questions about non AGD products. An Airsmith's homeroom!

The jumper for burst mode is the one with the brown wire. It is supposed to be there by factory defaults. If it is not there, you're stuck w/ 1 shot only. I'm sure AGD will send you one.

          Good luck.

alright thanks for the help guys... I now know that I am going to have to get a jumper because my Emag doesn't have one, I figured that was what I was going to need but I wasn't for sure because I had never seen what one looked like.
            Thanks

dO YOU really need it?? I mean most fields won't allow the use of it at all... oh well i guess it's fun to mess around with.

My Emag came to me with the bottom button not working at all. At first I thought it was missing the jumper but turned out it was a defective board only for that button. I am remiss in not having sent it in to fix that but to tell you the truth I have never needed to change it. Its stuck in 16 bps 1 shot which is normal play but I do want to get that done just to demonstrate it to folks. Had a RA number for months now so I just need to find a time to do without the Emag for a few weeks and get it done I guess.

SO...if the jumper doesn't work and fix it then you may need a tune up. Does your lower button change anything else for you? Mine does nothing in all modes right now.

                  not really necessary...

No the burst mode isn't a must have, but it is a lot of fun to play around with... I'm sure the novelty will wear off as the cost of paint useage increases.
