My Flatline(3000 psi tank) is Spiking

when it is set, say for example 6-800 psi.....after it sits for awhile it will spike up to 9-1200 psi in a few minutes of not shooting it. Also once had air coming out of the front of the adjuster nut once the other day. Any ideas or suggestions?

Replace the reg. seat. It's the same o-ring as the on/off top o-ring in the RT's.
