Help with installing shark gill sight rail

A. This is not my gun.
B. I don't have it in front of me so i can't really expain mcuh.
C. I don't know anything

I got a sight rail for my nephews gun and from what i understand after you remove the valve it slides under the mainbody and there is a set screw that is on top? Is this screw supposed to go in a hole or does it just dig into the surface metal of the gun to pinch the rail on?

Maybe there is a difference between an automag ANS Shark Gill rail and a minimag rail...idono.

Yes..you are correct. But don't use the screw...it will make a make in your body.
